Frank Island

One of our many adventures in Tofino was a walk to Frank Island. Just off of Chesterman Beach, Frank Island is only accessible when the tide is out. There are all kinds of neat rocks, shells and driftwood we collected that is hard to find on other beaches. However, when you lose track of time, the tide comes in quickly! We had to take off our shoes and socks to get off of Frank Island. Jade was right when she said "I think the water is getting closer Mom".

Combers Beach

Combers Beach was an amazing place to find all kinds of driftwood and rocks. It's a long walk down a step trail, but really worth it when you you get to the beach.

Day 1 of our Tofino Vacation...

I'm so happy to be in Tofino! We had a great afternoon of beach combing and sand castle building. The weather is beautiful here!
