Sunday Brunch with Santa!

Today was so much fun. Granny and Grandpa took us all to brunch at Arbutus Ridge, and Santa showed up and surprised me with a bag of candy! We had a delicious meal. Then Daddy brought home a Christmas tree and we decorated it all afternoon. I love our tree, it's very beautiful.

Coloring With Zoe

Our kitten "Zoe" has really grown over the past few months. She's about eight months old now, and loves to watch me color. Zoe plays with me everyday and sometimes sits on my lap because she wants me to pet her. She's a very sweet cat. I wonder what she will think of the Christmas tree we are going to put up this weekend!

Cold Island Morning

It was chilly this morning at the top of the Malahat on beautiful Vancouver Island. Mom took some pictures before we went to my cousin Tracy's to finish painting her window for Christmas. I like playing with baby Gage, he makes me laugh!

November.....

November seemed to go by really quick. We didn't get out to do much worth documenting this month. There was a lot of rain, and wind, and a couple of thunder storms that kept us busy in the house. Mom & Dad took Reece and I to see a Daniel Wesley concert in Nanaimo last week, and we had our picture taken with him which was very cool!
Mom and I went to Ladysmith for the Festival of Lights last week too. I was very excited to see Santa on a float waving at me. That was a great night also. Much more to expect from me in December though. Christmas is on it's way!

Trick or Treat!

Halloween was terrific! I dressed up like a kitty and Reece was a zombie. We knocked on all kinds of spooky doors and got candy, some houses were too spooky for me. I was scared of the noises and fog machine. One house we went to was Michael Jackson's house. He came outside and danced for us. Funny, I thought he died over a month ago. My first house for trick or treating was Granny and Grandpa's. They gave us a big handful of treats and a couple special gifts too! I can't wait until next year, it was so much fun!

Autumn Day

Yesterday Mom and I went to the Farmer's Market and picked out some pumpkins. Mom's friend Kim came over and we carved some cute ones. But Mom is working on a special pumpkin that is sure to scare all the bad spirits away this Halloween. She said it is going to take a few hours to complete. Meanwhile we will roast some pumpkin seeds and make some caramel apples. I can't wait to sink my fangs into those!

Thanksgiving Weekend

We had a really great Thanksgiving weekend! We adopted 2 dogs this weekend, "Napoleon" and "Josephine". They are Great Pyrenees Mountain Dogs, and are really big! We also had a Birthday dinner for my big sister, Amber. She turned 17 last Wednesday.
It looks like Autumn is hear now that the leaves are changing. I'm really looking forward to Halloween because it will be the first time that I will go 'Trick or treating' !
